Ameneé Siahpush
Director, Impact & Program Design
Ameneé Siahpush is the Director of Impact and Program Design for Resilient Cities Catalyst, where she works closely with global cities and partners to integrate resilience measurement and learning frameworks into the program and strategy design process.
Ameneé brings nearly 15 years of experience utilizing research and evaluation to strengthen social impact programs within nonprofit, philanthropic and academic organizations, with a focus on economic and social inclusion for the world’s most vulnerable populations.
Prior to joining RCC, Ameneé was the Associate Director for Monitoring and Evaluation at 100 Resilient Cities (100RC). In this role, she advanced the organization’s understanding of urban resilience challenges and solutions, and led the development and implementation of 100RC’s global monitoring and evaluation efforts. She also provided ongoing training and technical assistance to member cities and partners as they defined their resilience-building goals and developed methods for tracking progress and capturing lessons throughout implementation.
Prior to 100RC, she led program monitoring and evaluation for Trickle Up, an international nonprofit dedicated to supporting refugees, people with disabilities and indigenous groups to develop economic resilience in the face of extreme poverty.
Ameneé holds an MPA from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at New York University and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Oregon in Sociology and Psychology.
